Job Classes

The Job Class system is a meta-game played by the The Gaming Résumé crew where we strive to gain promotions through delivering new web and video content.  It governs what type of content each of us may participate in as well as other special perks that are granted with each class.

To receive a promotion to the next Job Class, we must gain a certain amount of PP (or Promo Points).  As we rise in Job Class, the amount of PP required for a promotion increases.  PP is gained through appearing in videos, winning games, and other activities that are outlined below.

It is also possible to lose PP, meaning it is also possible to receive demotions.  When demoted, we can lose perks of the Job Class we were demoted from.  There are certain perks that are permanently unlocked, but others will be lost if we are demoted.

All of the information below, such as perks, number of Job Classes, and the PP required for a promotion are subject to change at any time.
